Annette - Our Biggest TransFORMation Winner "I couldn't believe that I won the biggest TransFORMation contest. The last few months have been a fun journey and I'm so excited about what is to come. I had so much fun in Los Angeles! We shopped, we laughed, we ate (of course we took FORM, wink, wink), we laughed some more until we were in tears. I had never had so much time to myself, of course I missed my family, but it was fun for me to have a little "ME" time. The great part is that I saved most of my shopping for the spring because I still have 50lbs to go, and the clothes that fit me last month are now too big! So I'll have some more shopping to do once I hit my final goal. I was a bit nervous for the day of the shoot, but it ended up being a blast, the staff and photographer were amazing. Janel Kay I have now lost over 32 pounds and 8 inches off my belly. I'm under 300 pounds for the first time in over 12 years. Thank you O3 for FIXX and FORM and the power they are giving me to change. Now friends and co-workers are taking note and asking what I've been doing. The noticeable difference in my appearance is amazing. As I lose, I feel more confident and am able to be more active. It's been fun to see the change trickle into my family, we even go to the rec center now... It's actually fun to be active! Even shopping is beginning to be fun since I'm finding things in my size. I used to dread and avoid buying clothes. In fact, I'm just now throwing away things I've been wearing since I was pregnant with twins because they are now too big for me!
FORM is great, but FIXX, WOW! I can't thank you enough for FIXX. For years I have had digestive problems, but since I have had a shake each morning to kick start the day, things have just been heavenly. I have a long way to go in my transformation, but the great thing is that results happen fast enough for me to keep my goals in sight. I'm anxious to spread the word and say, "look how far I've come and it was so easy!"
Sonia Arellano I have to say, I have tried every weight loss product on the market and some Dr. RX! Nothing... I mean NOTHING gave me the gift of control like FORM and FIXX. I have a lot of stress in my house including a terminally ill husband and two small children. There was many times when I wanted to go back to my same old ways of eating out of stress and boredom. I know a lot of overweight people that will not admit being overweight, but I am here to say that I finally can admit that OUT LOUD!! This is where FORM came in... When I knew I was going to have a big eating day, I would stop and take my FORM and then cook for my family. FORM is such a powerful product for appetite control.
I feel this product is such a blessing to me, it has helped me connect with so many people on a much deeper level, both natural and spiritual. In the beginning I did not want to get involved in another "stay at home business and lose a bunch of money"... but in a short time, not only was I losing weight I was earning money! 2nd Place “Cheryl Benyacko... The Girl Next Door” Shear determination. After being passed a few FORM pills a few months ago, Cheryl took her determination and put it into action. A little bit leery about network marketing, she had to make sure that the product worked and then she would start her promoting. Now that she is a walking billboard, she is determined that the world will know about FORM, even if she has to tell everyone herself. You rock Cheryl!
“My journey started back in 2002 when I gave birth to my daughter. I had a difficult pregnancy and gained 102 lbs and went from 119 to 221 in a period of 9 months. With my pregnancy I had battled gestational diabetes. I was so excited about being a mom I did not see that I was so large. So... my journey began and I took time about 2 months after to walk and eat healthy and lost 54 pounds and hit a plateau. At this time my mother had already had gastric bypass surgery. OH MY!!!! To see what she had gone through... I would never want to be cut open to lose weight. There are so many risks involved with surgery. Well, what my mom lost from surgery I gained right back. I shot up to 212 lbs. Yes another YO YO.
I gradually, within 2 years, got down to 184. What a slow process. I had left my full-time job to be at home with my daughter. Well, the pounds stayed on and my self-esteem was so low. The joke between my husband and I was, Hmmm, “What shirt is Cheryl going to wear with those black elastic waist pants?” Yes, I purchased all of my pants in a Petite XL (I even pushed the limits on those). I had a constant belly bulge hanging over the side. Finally, I started to look at myself and realize I am the only one that can make a change and it is mind over matter. In February of 2008 I started eating right and exercising. MY BIG BIG DOWNFALL is evening munchies! I have a little monster inside my belly that ROARS. I had lost a great deal of weight and had more to lose. I had a friend that gave me some samples of FORM after she told me about the video I had watched and I felt like the first person to discover gold. She gave me 25 pills and said just try it. Well I did and since the beginning of August, I have taken off 24 pounds and I am just in the homebound stretch to my goal of my PRE-PREGNANCY weight. My goal is in the 120’s and this will be my push to make it. In December you will see where I am at. 3rd Place “Calvin Ellis... Muscle Bound!” Calvin truly looks for the good in all... Always wanting to help others, he joined the contest only wanting to see if he could motivate others to be healthy. The ballots cast showed that people enjoyed Calvin’s short and sweet approach, but ultimately what swayed the judges is that Calvin lost over 70lbs using the O3 products, and is well on his way to losing more. He has not hit his goal weight, but considering he is down 14 pant sizes, we think his goal weight will not be an issue. Thanks for the inspiration Calvin!

Kristy Hi there, my name is Kristy. I am 34 years old and a mother of four. I own a clothing store and have been a fitness model for the past 8 years… So, I had my fourth baby 6 months ago. I love pregnant women. I love the big belly of theirs, the “glow”, even the extra round face of OTHER pregnant ladies! But, I... like being thin. I love food. I can out eat my husband five times over. In the past, I could work out like a crazy person and then eat whatever I wanted. But, I have noticed that this isn’t working for me anymore. After complaining to my trainer that I couldn’t shed my weight and wasn’t seeing results, he told me something that totally hit home to me. He said that I can work out 4 hours a day, but if I eat like a pig I WON’T LOSE WEIGHT! Duh, Kristy! I eat like a pig. Ahhhh, then I stumbled across the most brilliant little pill in the universe. FORM! It was exactly what I needed. I saw the demonstration, pictured it in my belly, and had to have it right away. Of course it makes total sense! Stephanie A month ago I didn't want to get out of bed. I was dealing with depression and I didn't want to be around any one. I felt like I was dying inside. I felt hopeless about my weight. Glory I started out wearing a size 12 back in July and now I am currently down to a size 8, with no signs of slowing down! I love both FIXX and FORM and the opportunity the O3World products bring. I look forward to helping others achieve their weight loss and business goals.
Mercy This is my fourth week on both FIXX & FORM and I have lost a total of 8.4Ibs. When I started I could only fit into a size 18 comfortably and my size 16 were a little bit tight. Now my size 16 are loose and I finally fit into my size 14 clothes comfortably. I take the shake in the morning and FORM before lunch and dinner. I divided my lunch into 2 and had it for lunch and dinner without feeling hungry or deprived. I am so happy and can't wait to see myself this Christmas Holiday.

Angie O3World is AWESOME!!!! I have in fact lost weight. When I remember to take it consistently, I average 3-4 pounds a week. It has certainly been a time of self discovery for me. I have discovered that I am definitely an emotional eater. I eat when I'm bored, when I'm stressed, sad, mad, happy, and sometimes for no rhyme or reason. It was eally interesting. Thankfully ForeverGreen also has other products such as the oils, wholefoods and FrequenSea that can help address the other issues that contribute to weight gain (such as hormonal and emotional). Jennifer I have lost a total of 9 1/2 inches and 10 lbs. I started 5 weeks ago consistently. I use the FIXX shake in the morning, 2 FORM capsules at lunch, and usually 1 FORM capsule at dinner. I am at a lower weight right now then I have been in 6 years... and I'm not stopping! Jose I've lost 12 pounds in just over 4 weeks using a combination of FORM and FIXX. I typically only take FORM once per day (1 capsule at lunch time), so I've not been aggressive in the amount I'm taking and still losing weight! I started taking FIXX in the beginning of this 4 week cycle for breakfast, and I noticed the weight loss was more rapid than with just FORM alone. I had stopped FIXX because I ran out of the samples, but still had FORM to take daily. I've now started taking FIXX again, but now in the evenings as my meal replacement and I do not feel hungry afterwards! Also, I purposely have not done any exercise in the last 4 weeks to see what the results would be. It has proven that this product really does work! What can I say... I've managed to lose some weight and not feel deprived at all! I've also come down 1 waist size! I'm on target for my initial goal weight and only have 14 more pounds to go! Sandy It’s going fabulously! I’ve lost somewhere around 15+ pounds, but so much more in inches. It’s given me complete motivation to start a workout routine so I can begin to fine tune and tone my body as I lose the weight. The hardest part for me in any weight loss plan has always been the food. It is so refreshing to be able to eat healthy and especially with reasonable PORTIONS which I could only do with the help of FORM. It keeps me from being hungry and allows me to eat noticeably less. I am very excited about my weight loss journey and am looking forward to showing off my new body by the end of the contest.

Barbara My name is Barbara Williams from just outside the San Francisco Bay Area. I am Fat and Happy! Now, make no mistake about it I am not happy I’m fat, I’m simply happy! Every day, even though I was only a size 8/9 and did not have a weight challenge, my mother planted this seed.
